No, that would have been the David Lynch version, from 1984 starring Kyle Maclachlan as Paul and Sting as Feyd Rautha (why the hell not?) Patrick Stewart played Gurney Halleck.

It's almost universally reviled as a film but I MUST watch it at least annually, a tradition I started in the Air Force when on one occasion, I sat in the squadron building at 3:00 am, a blizzard raging outside and having grounded all flights and maintenance; the Disney Channel (of all places) was showing it uncut, in its original four hour format. Uberdork Heaven.

Um, I saw one version, although I don't think it was David Lynch because it was pretty old. It was so horrid I blocked out most of it. The horror!

Yeah, we'll need 'em. In other news, you are a dork. And in further news, I am also a dork because I didn't even need to look up what a stillsuit is. I read Dune about 80 times in high school. Sigh.

For the December Commercio-Holiday (trust me, as someone who still attends church there's very little 'religious' about it) I'm think of maybe sending you and Dice a pair of these... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stillsuit
